what is a transport accident?

A transport accident is any accident that happens on our roads in Victoria. For example, a car accident, bicycle crash or a pedestrian incident.

are there any out of pocket expenses for physiotherapy?

At Preston Physiotherapy we do not charge you a gap on your treatments so there are NO out of pocket expenses as long as you are covered by the TAC.

What if I am not covered by TAC?

We can of course treat you for your injury, however this won’t be covered by an insurance company.

how do I make an appointment?

You can book online for a New Patient or Existing Patient appointment and use the notes section to let us know you are under TAC. We require a few details from you including your claim number, insurance company, name and date of birth to ensure you are covered by TAC and the type of cover available to you.
