Sophie has experience working with post-operative clients, including a range of joint replacements, fractures, neurological and spinal surgeries. Her work in community rehabilitation has enabled her to develop a strong skillset in exercise programming and pain management. Sophie has experience working with clients across the lifespan, from school aged children to elderly adults. She has also worked with a number of different sporting teams managing acute injuries, as well as assisting athletes with injury prevention.

Sophie’s treatment method has a strong focus on education, strength and conditioning principles and manual therapy. She is always up for a chat and will leave you feeling empowered to take control of your rehabilitation!

Outside of work, you can find Sophie exploring the Melbourne food scene and walking her beloved dog Indi. Sophie is also an avid sports lover – she has a background of competitive gymnastics, enjoys keeping fit and is a passionate Melbourne Demons supporter!
