Sarah has extensive training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).  She enjoys using pilates to treat:

  • spinal injuries

  • postural dysfunctions

  • hip and knee pain

  • running retraining

  • pre and post-natal care

Sarah enjoys all aspects of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and focuses on a preventative approach to injury management by identifying the contributing factors to injury development and addressing them through manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation.  She is highly motivated to work together with clients to reach their healthcare goals.

Outside of the clinic you can find Sarah enjoying all of Melbourne’s cafes and restaurants, running the trails in and around the city and ice skating.
