Vanessa has over 10 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including aged care, community health, and private practice. Her broad experience has shaped a well-rounded and compassionate approach to care, with a strong focus on supporting each client’s unique journey.

Vanessa has a special interest in treating neck pain, headaches and migraines, lower back pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation. She is also highly experienced in Clinical Pilates, offering both individualised and group-based programs to help clients improve movement, reduce pain, and regain confidence. Her tailored approach blends manual therapy, exercise, and genuine connection with each client to support long-term outcomes.

Vanessa is fluent in Italian and values clear, compassionate communication in every consultation. She works collaboratively with clients to understand their needs, advocate for their goals, and help them feel empowered in their rehabilitation.

Outside of the clinic, Vanessa enjoys travel, gardening, and watching the AFL.
