Originally from Scotland, Jen brings nearly 30 years of clinical experience to the Preston Physiotherapy team, having completed her Physiotherapy degree in 1996. Her career has spanned both public and private sectors, including extensive experience in sports physiotherapy and private practice.

Since settling in Melbourne in 2009, Jen has focused on musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a particular passion for Clinical Pilates. Over the past 15 years, she has developed strong expertise in using both 1:1 and group-based Pilates programs to support clients with a wide range of issues - from spinal pain to posture-related dysfunction. She has a special interest in neck pain, headaches, lower back and hip pain, and enjoys working with clients who present with complex or persistent conditions. Jen is also sought after for second opinion physiotherapy consultations.

Jen brings curiosity, compassion, and patience to her practice. She works collaboratively with each client, taking the time to listen and build a shared understanding of their challenges and goals. She is about to commence a PhD in Clinical Pilates to further deepen her clinical and academic knowledge in this area.

Outside of work, Jen loves being outdoors and takes every opportunity to combine her love of hiking, biking, and travel.
