SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST (SHE / HER)

MASTERS OF PHYSIOTHERAPY (LA TROBE UNIVERSITY)

Originally from Canada, Sarah is an experienced physiotherapist with a strong interest in treating a wide range of conditions - from acute sports injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation to complex chronic conditions and disability. After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Psychology, she obtained a Diploma in Remedial Massage and began working in manual therapy in 2008. She later completed a Master of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2014.

With a passion for combining hands-on therapy, education, and exercise, Sarah brings a well-rounded, evidence-informed approach to injury rehabilitation and long-term management. Her clinical background spans private practice, occupational rehabilitation, and disability support. She has worked closely with members of the Australian Defence Force, supporting their return to full operational capacity, and completed workplace assessments for individuals with disabilities as part of the Job Access program.

Sarah also draws on her own elite sporting background, having represented Canada in synchronized skating. Her team, NEXXICE, won a bronze medal at the 2007 World Championships - an experience that shaped her understanding of high-performance rehabilitation.

Sarah values collaborative, goal-focused care and is passionate about helping people feel empowered in their recovery journey.
