Medicare rebates

To access the Medicare rebates in Australia, you need a valid referral from your GP. Not everyone qualifies for these rebates, so we suggest discussing your eligibility with your GP. Once you have received your referral, we can apply the rebate to your appointments dated after the date of the referral.

Gap priced Medicare visits

If you wish to book your appointment at any time without delay, a GAP fee applies. These can be booked online, or call our friendly reception team to arrange an appointment. If you book these appointments online, they will be subject to payment on the day of service and you will receive the Medicare rebate back into the bank account that you have registered with Medicare, usually within 24 hours of your appointment.

Gap free Medicare visits

GAP Free Appointments are available with certain Physiotherapists, subject to availability, between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Friday. These appointments are not available to be booked online. Please call our friendly reception team or fill out the form below and we will contact you within 2 business days to schedule the appointment for you. We use a triage system for urgency, so please provide as much information as possible to ensure we can see you as soon as possible. Failure to attend and late cancellation fees still apply.
