How can a Physio help?
Pregnancy is a journey, from thinking about getting pregnant all the way to the recovery postpartum. The body does better when it is strong. We work to relieve any pain and build strength before pregnancy, progress and maintain your improvements during pregnancy and assist with tailoring the right care during your postpartum period. We work closely with Preston Pelvic Health who can assess and treat your pelvic floor within the same building, providing a holistic approach to ensuring your journey is the best it can be.
Struggling to find time to exercise with a baby?
Our Independent Pilates options are perfect for new parents. You can bring your baby along and use our studio at a time that works around the little one’s naps. Only three people can book the studio at a time, allowing for a quiet space to exercise. We also have a baby bouncer upstairs and downstairs and a change table downstairs to ensure you have everything you need to allow you to prioritise yourself for one hour of exercise. Our staff also love cuddles if you need any assistance.
Physiotherapy & Pilates
If you are interested in joining our classes, you can find out more. We have a few Physiotherapists that run our Pilates classes at various times. Seeing the same Physiotherapist in a 1:1 consultation as well as in a class can have the added benefits of a deeper understanding of your concerns.
