Julia holds a Master of Physiotherapy from The University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science, with a major in Neuroscience, from The University of Melbourne. She is passionate about the complex connections between the brain and body, which inspires her commitment to helping others move and feel their best.
A lifelong lover of movement, Julia grew up dancing competitively and participating in various sports. She is passionate about exercise and Pilates, and enjoys creating tailored programs to help individuals build strength, improve mobility, and achieve their unique goals. Julia also combines manual therapy and education to support injury recovery and prevention for positive long-term health and functional outcomes.
Julia enjoys treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in neck pain and sporting injuries. She values open communication, genuine connection, and working collaboratively with clients to help them feel confident, capable, and supported throughout their rehabilitation.
When she’s not in the clinic, Julia loves staying active and enjoys outdoor activities, especially trips to the beach! She also loves exploring new cafés and spending quality time with her family and friends.
