This membership provides access to our downstairs gym and upstairs Pilates Studio for 12 months. You can attend as often as you want during this time by booking your hourly slot online at a time that suits you (each booking you can choose to EITHER use the upstairs or downstairs areas). Memberships are non-refundable but can be paused if you are away for more than two weeks. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from using the membership, please contact our friendly reception team. You must have clearance from one of our physios to independently use our facilities. Your exercises are required to be re-assessed in a 1:1 Physiotherapy appointment every 3-months to continue independent use.
